  1. RISE & SHINE

Make sure you are getting 8-9 hours a night and are starting your day by 8 AM!

Try to resist getting on social media as soon as you wake up, but if you have to get on your phone then check Pinterest since it is filled with creativity and positivity!

2. GET MOTIVATED

Start your day by Hydrating yourself, I always start my day off with coffee and a big glass of water!

Check your to do list and go over everything you need to get done for the day, and set accomplishments!

3. SELF CARE

Make a healthy breakfast so that you start your day on the right foot!

Get some exercise, I do 2 days of circuit training, 1 day of cardio, and 2 days of yoga! I 100% Yoga and meditation!

4. Planning

Plan out your month, week, and daily to do’s and tasks! This will help youth stay organized and level headed!

5. Stay Positive

Surround yourself with positive people and find something little that you can do every day that will make you happy!

Don’t let negative people dictate how you feel about your self and the life you want to live!
